The 99th IIC in Norway was a big success with 295 registered participants. Unfortunately, due to airline lock out, about 30 black belts were unable to be present,
Nonetheless, this did not stop two CTFI instructors from attending the IIC and under the examination of GM Marano (chairmain of the Technical Committee) and GM Lan, were successfully promoted to 7th Dan – Master. Congratulations to Master David Hiltz from Nova Scotia and Master Rock Soucy from Quebec for your excellent performance.
