“On Friday, May 31st, a National Umpire Course was held near Montreal (Quebec) where more than 65 participants benefited from the expertise of Master Scott Downey, Umpire Director in Canada. The group was very excited and enjoy the updated tournament rules. A sincere thank you to Master Lajeunesse and GM Laquerre for organizing the event.
